Qualifications

• 1-4 years of semiconductor industry experience for Junior Field Service Engineers.
• Minimum of 5+ years of OEM direct experience for Senior Field Service Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Remove chamber kits and forelines, disconnect gas and liquid lines.
• Conduct daily pre-task planning and document deinstallation activities.
• Follow customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE.

Schedule:

• Day Shift, M-F

Pay Rate:

• $35 - $50 Hourly, DOE

Location:

• Hillsboro, Oregon

This position is open to local candidates and travelers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Removal of chamber kits & forelines
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
• Perform complete tool shutdown
• Power off the system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
• Conduct daily pre-task planning with the customer
• Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures, and casters
• Disassemble the tool in preparation for removal from the fab
• Document all deinstallation activities (2D - Deinstall checklist)
• Report status of the deinstall project
• Follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

• Experience with Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
• Junior Field Service Engineers: 1-4 years of semiconductor industry experience
• Senior Field Service Engineers: minimum of 5+ years of OEM direct experience
