Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst to support occupancy data for global sites, pulling monthly metrics and transforming data into visuals to guide space planning.

You will partner with Facilities, IT, HR and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs, present findings to leadership, and ensure dashboards remain the organization’s primary source of truth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
  • Strong data analysis and dashboard tools proficiency.
  • Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
  • Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into business decisions.

Our Global Facilities Space Planning team is looking for the right teammate to support occupancy data for all our global sites. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling data metrics monthly, transforming data into visuals, and office space planning. lace

Where you come in:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance space utilization dashboards (badge, sensor, occupancy data).
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for capacity planning, real‑estate strategy, and workplace design.
  • Support long‑range planning through headcount modeling, space optimization, and forecasting.
  • Create operational dashboards that track maintenance, vendor performance, and facility health.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear, data‑driven narratives.
  • Accurate dashboards used as the organization’s primary source of truth.

  • Strong cross‑functional alignment through clear and consistent reporting.
What makes you successful:
  • 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
  • Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.
Preferred
  • Experience in occupancy planning or portfolio strategy.
  • Exposure to data automation or systems integration.
