Job summary

Dexcom in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for our Global Facilities Space Planning team.

You will develop, maintain, and enhance space utilization dashboards, and transform occupancy data into actionable insights for capacity planning, real-estate strategy, and workplace design. You will partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align findings with business needs, present data-driven recommendations to leadership, and help improve space efficiency across global

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Preferred experience in occupancy planning or portfolio strategy.
• Exposure to data automation or systems integration.
