Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced IT Support professional in Missouri to provide direct end-user assistance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting across hardware and software, excellent customer service, and maintaining confidentiality.

You will support Windows and macOS, email, collaboration tools, and remote access for a mix of users including executives. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related fields is required.

Position Details:

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support required
• Experience providing direct end-user support in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting executive or VIP users preferred

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes
• Understanding of healthcare or enterprise IT environments
