  • Manage competing priorities simultaneously and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates internal/external meetings, conference calls, and domestic/international travel. Full oversight and management of the Executives calendar.
  • Displays excellent communication skills in working with senior leaders, clients (internal/external), and vendors.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Reports and presentations as needed.
  • Accurately tracks expenses/process and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Distributes agendas, meeting packages, and responsible for meeting minutes as needed.
  • Data entry/filing.
  • Oversight and management of small projects or tasks as dictated by the Private Bank Executive Office
  • Light office management tasks as needed (greeting visitors, arranging mail, assisting with office events and trainings)

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant who sits in the San Francisco office to serve as a trusted partner to one of the organization's most respected and influential leaders. They will serve as a key advisor and gatekeeper, confidently managing complex priorities, balancing competing demands, and making thoughtful decisions that optimize executive time and organizational effectiveness. Success in this role requires a high degree of discretion, adaptability, and the ability to remain composed while navigating shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and sensitive matters. This individual will operate with considerable autonomy, building strong partnerships across the organization while ensuring seamless execution of the executive's commitments. Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

Experience: 5 to 8 years of related professional experience, with a proven track record supporting high-level leaders or C-suite executives

Education: A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Core Competencies: Exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and strong verbal or written communication skills

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like MS Teams, and Sharepoint. Experience with SAP Concur highly preferred

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40hrs per week
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm PST (hybrid, 4 days in-office). Occasional after hours or weekend hours as dictated by Executive's needs.
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $48.50-$63.00 per hour. This is nonexempt position. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, budget and relevant skills and experience.
