Job Description
  • Prepare, produce, and update PowerPoint presentations; create documents and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage team holiday/absences spreadsheet.
  • Oversee agendas and travel arrangements, including bookings and expense report tracking.
  • Handle transportation and visitor logistics, and arrange catering for team/external events as requested.
  • Manage general office administration, including ordering stationery and groceries, and restocking printers.
  • Ensure adequate reserve stock is ordered.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and catering services, including vendor management, handling purchase orders, and invoice control.
  • Administer dining services.
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced experience in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work priorities and schedules.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information.
  • Experience working with purchase orders and invoice control.
