Job Opportunity: Bilingual Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a fractional bilingual (English and Spanish) Executive Assistant in the Huntington Beach area for a global startup entrepreneur. The role involves one-on-one online collaboration, helping strategize and execute various projects, initially for one day a week over a month, with potential remote continuation.

Trial Run Tasks:

  • Assist in investigating and restoring Facebook and Etsy accounts.
  • Connect with politicians and city administrators.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, personality charisma, patience with international shareholders, and be capable of serving as a co-partner with a senior executive assistant based in Hong Kong, overseeing junior assistants worldwide.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Email, Phone, & Chat Support
  • Manage systems such as Freshworks CRM OMNI, Cloudtalk VOIP, Gmail, and Boomerang.
  • Provide excellent customer service via Gmail, website live chat, and call transfers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Dedicated home office with necessary equipment (camera, headset, etc.).
  • Gamer desktop computer and smartphone.
  • Fast, reliable internet connection.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom account.
  • Willingness to train on additional plugins and addons.
