About The Role

• The Exchange Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting of client Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure.
• Responsible for designing, administering, and establishing system standards for messaging and communication team solutions including, but not limited to:
• Microsoft Exchange Online/On-prem and email security
• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements to MS Exchange and Exchange servers, as well as general IT Windows infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4-5+ years of experience in Exchange Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, remote troubleshooting, customer management, and other related IT services experience.
• Strong understanding of O365 Mail flow and interaction between On-Prem and Exchange
• Must have experience in Exchange 2013 to 2019 as well as Exchange Online (M365)
• Strong understanding and experience with ADFS, AADC, and Active Directory
