Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative. This experienced role supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. The role also involves administrative tasks and supporting logistics for equipment delivery and training team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's license required
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4-year degree plus 1 year of industry experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Proficient computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification completion preferred
• Bilingual abilities may be preferred in some locations

Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Sunbelt Rentals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $23.58 - $27.99 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, and more. Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment.
