WideNet Consulting Group is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architect for Manufacturing to drive strategy, roadmaps, and architecture across IT and OT, ERP, and analytics in a manufacturing context.

The position requires strong collaboration with site leaders and engineers, excellent communication, and the ability to balance business outcomes with technology investments. Onsite in Seattle with a hybrid schedule, and a focus on long-term architectural direction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Architect focusing on applications, data, analytics, integrations, automation, and emerging technology.
• 10+ years in IT tech including ERP, SCM, manufacturing ops, logistics and analytics.

Job Description:
Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Seattle, WA, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Summary

Candidates shouldpossesssignificant domain knowledge, broad technical experience, be able to foster robustrelationships with diverse stakeholders, and promote alignment with contemporary data and information – operations technology (IT-OT) methodologies. Outstanding business insight, strategic thought process, knowledge of cross-functional integration, comprehension of the impact of infrastructure on applications, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be able to understand the enterprise implications and trade-offs as well as solution-level technology,valueand risks.

• Guide the development and refresh of 5‑year technology and investment roadmaps, aligning technology trends, business strategy and other IT and business priorities
• Provides guidance andparticipatesin alternative analysis and architecture development
• Partner with project team to ensure solutions align to technology strategies and standards andassistwith project architecture reviews
• Provide strategic counsel for project activities with delivery teams to guide integration efforts
• Highlight opportunities for automation, consolidation, and process optimization to minimize costs and improve efficiency, consistency, and quality

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related experience isrequired

Must have experience/skills:

• Experience as an Architect (solution, enterprise, data, etc.), focusing on applications, data, analytics, integrations, automations, and emerging technology
• Over 10 years of experience in relevant IT technology such as ERP (SAP), Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations Management Solutions, Logistics and Analytics
• Good understanding of operational technology and manufacturing systems
• Experience with integration patterns and platforms like Boomi and API management
• Experience with infrastructure and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and concepts such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Create the storyline to convey why change is needed and options to reach the desired results.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to understand customer and partner business needs, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions that drive business outcomes
• Ability to educate stakeholders on complex technology subjects
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence, collaborate and manage group dynamics to drive consensus
• Ability to promote a collaborative environment, encouraging input from others and respecting others’ opinions

Nice to haveexperience skills:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) preferred
• AI/ML experience and certifications
• Practical experience with Snowflake, SAP S/4.
• Practical experience in Wood Product manufacturing
• Experienced intranslating business and technology requirements into easy to consume strategies, roadmaps, alternatives, etc.
• Familiarity with OT frameworks and standards such as the Purdue model, ISA-95, ISA-112, ISA/IEC 62443
• Familiarity with Supply Chain frameworks and processes such as SCOR, S&OP

Pay Range:$80.00 – $85.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
