Job summary

Prime Team Partners is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architect to join a centralized architecture organization supporting a large-scale manufacturing and operations environment in Seattle.

The role leads enterprise technology strategy, standards, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, data, and applications. You will partner with business and technology leaders to align investments with long-term objectives, influence executive decisions, and guide technology

Qualifications

• Experience as Enterprise/Principal/Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise technology strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving consensus across organizations.
• 10+ years of experience across ERP, supply chain, manufacturing operations, data & analytics, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with architecture governance and portfolio planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Overview

Our client is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architect to join a centralized Enterprise Architecture organization supporting a large-scale manufacturing and operations environment.

This role will help define enterprise technology strategy, architecture standards, multi-year roadmaps, and modernization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, data, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Architecture Strategy & Roadmaps

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology strategies, standards, and architectural roadmaps.
• Align technology investments with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Evaluate current technology capabilities and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Communicate architectural direction, trade-offs, dependencies, and investment priorities to stakeholders.

Business & Technology Partnership

• Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, solution architects, security teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic discussions regarding business capabilities, technology direction, and architectural alternatives.
• Build trusted relationships across both technical and non-technical organizations.
• Provide architectural leadership during planning, prioritization, and investment decision-making activities.
• Establish and promote architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance activities.
• Guide technology portfolio decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Mentor architects and technology leaders across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Support modernization initiatives involving applications, data, analytics, integrations, cloud technologies, and operational systems.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect, Solution Architect, or similar architecture leadership role.
• Strong background developing enterprise technology strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving consensus across diverse organizations.
• 10+ years of experience across enterprise technologies such as:
• ERP platforms
• Supply chain solutions
• Manufacturing operations technologies
• Data and analytics platforms
• Enterprise integrations and APIs
• Cloud technologies
• Experience with architecture governance and technology portfolio planning.
• Strong understanding of data, application, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar approaches.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, engineering, or supply chain environments.
• Exposure to operational technology (OT), industrial systems, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Experience with SAP and related enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, AI/ML technologies, and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations management, logistics, planning, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Hybrid work schedule in the Seattle area.

Compensation

Target contract compensation: $88 to $95/hr W-2 per conversion package parameters + medical, dental, vision benefits.

Contract-to-hire opportunity. Upon conversion, salary band is $150,000 to $217,000 + 25% annual incentive bonus and ~$32,000 in annual LTIP opportunity.
