You will become a key support for enabling server technology, validating efforts, and managing materials to aid product development and customer solutions. The role emphasizes strong technical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery to support product launches and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High school or Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on IT product/solution experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and feedback to engineering teams on optimization.

• Support product quality improvements during design and manufacturing stages.
• Resolve technical issues by coordinating resources and debugging with engineering teams.
• Provide third-level technical and pre/post-sales support.

Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Engineering Technician to join our server team. Engineering Technician will become a key support on enabling server technology, support validation effort, and manage materials. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills to support product and system server team for product development and customer solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Support the coordination of operational activities from product kick-off to product launch. Support team to meet TTM mandates
• Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages
• Support technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering team to duplicate and debug
• Serve as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales support

Qualifications:

• High school or Associate degree, or with equivalent experiences is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experiences working with IT-related product/solution
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Demonstrate understanding or how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations
• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
• Understanding of server/datacenter technology and related application preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture

Salary Range

$35.00 - $40.00/hour

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
