Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for an Engineering Technician to join our server team. Engineering Technician will become a key support on enabling HPC server technology, support validation effort, and manage materials. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills to support product and system server team for product development and customer solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

* Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products

* Able to manage multiple tasks and projects

* Support the coordination of operational activities from product kick-off to product launch. Support team to meet TTM mandates

* Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages

* Support technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering team to duplicate and debug

* Serve as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales support

Qualifications:

* H.S. graduate or GED equivalent, college is preferred * 1+ year of related working experience in the server industry * Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment * Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively * Basic programming skill with Python, Java and Linux * Understand Computer system assembly experience and skills * Understanding of hardware and software interactions; able to apply this understanding to resolve issues

* Understanding of Algorithms and Hardware for next Generation AI project work * Excellent knowledge of Microelectronic Devices and Circuits

Salary Range

$24.00 - $42.00 / hour

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
