Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking an Engineering Technician in Lake City, MN to prototype and test units to ANSI standards and to develop tooling that supports new product development. You will lead small changes to improve products while collaborating with a team to meet timelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience. Manufacturing equipment operation experience is preferred and benefits are provided in addition to salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prototype and test units to ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping units and testing product to the appropriate ANSI Standard.

• Lead small, incremental product and process changes to improve consumer products and internal processes.

Your role as an Engineering Technician

Hearth & Home Technologies benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

You will be eligible to participate in the Cash Profit-Sharing program after one year of employment. Annually, this program distributes cash (provided the company realizes its operating income goal for the period) quarterly and is based upon eligible earnings. While these payments vary and are not guaranteed, in 2024 our average profit sharing was $5,250 per member.
