Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Lake City, MN, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. You will lead improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost while supporting lean initiatives on the production floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field and proficiency with Excel, Project, Outlook and AutoCAD. Travel is less than 10% and sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large scale projects to achieve timely improvements to SQDC metrics.
• Drive facility’s lean culture by supporting Continuous Improvement events.
• Assess and eliminate safety risks in the manufacturing environment and drive ergonomic improvements.
• Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finished product.
• Improve product quality by building quality control and mistake-proofing into the process.
• Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, material utilization, and reduced defects.
• Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches.

Required Qualifications
