Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Sr. Engineer for a 12+ month temporary role in Littleton, CO. You will provide top-tier customer service, troubleshoot computer issues, and deliver in-person infrastructure support across network, telecom, print, and server tasks.

Responsibilities include hardware deployment, repairs, asset tracking, data/telecom work, and equipment maintenance. A security clearance may be required; background checks and drug screens are noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting.

• Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment.
• Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment.
• Physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop.
• Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect.
• Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission.
