Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. EMR Technician in Blue Bell, PA to maintain asset, maintenance, and reliability data across CMMS and CCMS platforms.

You will validate equipment records, support system optimization, and ensure data integrity for maintenance planning and operational excellence. In this role, you will mentor junior staff, lead data population efforts, and coordinate field activities to ensure accurate asset hierarchies and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for equipment and instrumentation data.
• Oversee field walkdowns and ensure accurate capture of asset details.
• Review and approve technical documentation and MALs prepared by juniors.
• Lead project team meetings to populate data into CMMS/CCMS systems.
• Supervise field work and coordinate asset movement and stockroom inventory.
• Support PM optimization through understanding of equipment function and calibration.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; provide process improvements as needed.
• Mentor team members on equipment management and data requirements.

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. EMR Technician to join our Asset Management Team in Blue Bell, PA. In this role, you'll serve as a technical resource focused on maintaining and enhancing asset, maintenance, and reliability data across CMMS and CCMS platforms. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll validate and improve equipment records, support system optimization efforts, and help ensure the integrity of critical asset information that drives maintenance planning and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a senior technical resource for equipment and instrumentation data, supporting EMR field activities and documentation standards
• Supervise and guide field walkdowns of client assets, ensuring accurate capture of equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and asset details
• Review and approve technical documentation, spreadsheets, and Master Asset Listings (MAL) prepared by junior team members
• Lead and facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings to support timely, accurate population of asset data into CMMS and CCMS platforms
• Provide oversight of field work activities, including asset movement and inventory coordination within stockroom environments
• Apply advanced understanding of equipment function, instrumentation, and calibration requirements to support preventive maintenance optimization
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), offering feedback and enhancements as project needs evolve
• Mentor and train team members on equipment management, calibration data, and system requirements for client maintenance platforms

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative culture across project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud based tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet manipulation and knowledge of formulas
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adhere to client site specific requirements
• Knowledge of metrology data management preferred
• Mastery of CMMS software such as SAP, BlueMountain, and Maximo required
• Proficiency with SharePoint and digital file management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and professional client facing presence
• Valid driver's license required; ability to travel locally as needed

Salary Range

$43.26 - $48.07

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
