  • Lead and mentor other Project Managers, supporting professional growth across the team
  • Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met across the FEL/stage-gate process
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field required
  • Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
  • Experience with design‑build/EPC project delivery, or FEL/stage‑gate processes is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation
  • Strong background in client relationship management and interpreting client contract requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • PMP certification, or equivalent professional license preferred
Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Lead high‑visibility pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects that support innovation, operational excellence, and highly regulated environments
  • Influence project strategy, client outcomes, and business growth within a nationally recognized manufacturing and life sciences practice
  • Grow your leadership impact by mentoring teams and shaping project delivery approaches
