Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in engineering with progressive experience.
• DoD security clearance is required.
• Experience in radiation hardness assurance and space hardware design.
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and radiation effects.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, prototype design, integration and test of electrical systems for space products.
• Develop radiation assurance solutions and perform analyses for systems and circuits.
• Present findings to management and manage schedules.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff on space-power electronics.
• Coordinate engineering solutions and publish technical documentation.
• Develop new business opportunities and interact with customers and government reps.
