Job summary

gpac seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead multi-discipline projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with staff engineers, coordinate with clients and consultants, and perform electrical design tasks while ensuring code compliance and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates possess a PE license, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and 8+ years of building electrical design experience, including lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire

Qualifications

• Lead electrical engineer for multi-discipline projects through all phases.
• Perform electrical design calculations for building electrical systems.
• Coordinate project electrical requirements with clients and consultants.
• Perform code reviews.
• Oversee projects and technicians.
• Establish and manage electrical fees and budgeting for projects.

As their team continues to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated sr. engineer to join their team to work closely with staff engineers on challenging and exciting projects largely in urban areas.

Requirements

• P.E. licensure required
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• AutoCAD & Revit experience
• 8+ years of experience
• Expertise in all aspects of building electrical design such as lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm
