Jobot is seeking a Sr. Electrical Construction Estimator in Rosemead, CA to lead bids, prepare takeoffs, and ensure accurate, timely estimates that follow company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimators on bids, plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies.
• Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award.
• Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch.
