Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment for bid proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope and address challenges.
• Research and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options while maintaining project integrity.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals with cost breakdowns and schedules.
• Track and update cost databases and historical pricing for estimating accuracy.
• Assist in contract negotiations, change orders, and budget adjustments during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
