Thomas Jefferson University in Orlando is hiring a technical solutions leader to guide complex integrations and oversee system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Epic and a strong background in Information Services.
This role not only focuses on optimal technical solutions but also involves managing project deliverables, authoring detailed documentation, and contributing to technology standards. Leads the identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions for complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integration across systems. Develops and manages work plans for system upgrades and enhancements, oversees configuration and maintenance across all environments, and analyzes workflows to improve processes and resolve operational issues. Authors detailed specifications and documentation, designs and executes advanced test scenarios to validate system performance, and contributes to the development of technology standards and best practices.
Organizational impact: Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on job area results, and may be responsible for defined components of technical and/or broad projects or processes within the job area.
Innovation & complexity: Responsible for making small to moderate improvements of technical processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area. Handles problems that involve consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties, usually solved by drawing on prior experience and detailed analysis.
Communication & influence: Communicates with parties within and outside of the job area, including customers and vendors, to influence policies, practices, and procedures at an operational level.
