Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Sr. Distribution Technician for our Souderton, PA location to verify and pack clinical site orders. This 2nd shift role runs 3pm–11pm with a 10% shift differential and focuses on ambient, controlled room temperature, and cold chain shipments.

You will pack orders, verify documents, generate UPS/FedEx labels, and coordinate with Quality, Distribution and Logistics to resolve issues. Requires a High School Diploma and 1+ year in distribution/warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a distribution/warehouse environment or relevant job experience/education.
• Must be able to work in the cold room as required.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders based on customer-specific protocols and Distribution Instructions within Refrigerated (2-8°C), Frozen (-20°C) and Ambient (15-25°C) conditions.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution from Almac Clinical Services.
• Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels.
• Interact with Quality, Distribution and Logistics personnel to address quality issues.
• Possess a thorough understanding of departmental SOPs.

Almac Group is currently seeking a Sr. Distribution Technician for our Souderton, Pennsylvania location. The Sr. Distribution Technician is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments:

• Ambient
• Controlled room temperature
• Cold Chain

2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) With a 10% shift differential

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
