Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a dispatcher to execute daily plans for movement of all freight within an assigned area. You will assess customer needs and timing of deliveries, manage driver schedules, and plan deliveries to gas outlets.

The role requires handling orders from suppliers, frontline customer service, and monitoring communications across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with team members and maintain incident reporting in KITS.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatching experience
• Excellent conflict resolution and skills
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Monitor web portals for station inventories
• Solicit freight from customers
• Create loads in dispatch system
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system)
