Sr Director, Talent Management (Finance)

This position is intended to be part of the new, independent company, Solstice Advanced Materials, following the separation expected in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Senior Director, Talent Management, you will oversee the talent management function, developing and implementing talent strategies, fostering employee development and engagement, and ensuring we have the right talent to meet our business objectives.

Your role will influence the company by developing and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs
  • Drive employee development and engagement initiatives
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
  • Ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its business objectives

In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a standalone, publicly traded company. This role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, is expected to be part of this future transaction upon separation.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management or related roles
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in driving employee development and engagement
