For our client, we are seeking a Growth Strategy Principal to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive high-priority strategy initiatives that shape growth, decision-making, and execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting or corporate strategy background and will partner closely with business leaders to turn complex questions into clear recommendations. This position will also support cross‑functional alignment through rigorous analysis, structured problem‑solving, and high‑quality communications.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $166,700 – $229,200 annually
