About The Role

This new, high-profile Sr Director, Strategic Marketing role will be accountable for leading development & execution of the business unit’s marketing strategy. We are seeking a problem solver with passion for sales enablement, strategy development, and finding pragmatic ideas that (really!) work. This leader will have experience working side-by-side with sales leaders and bringing a data-driven approach to B2B/field marketing. This role will report into the SVP, Growth (Head of Marketing) at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Build and iterate on marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our title, escrow, and insurance businesses across 30+ states. Partner with sales leaders to monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform priorities.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead develop a small team of marketing professionals to execute on our marketing and sales enablement goals. Foster a culture of data-driven ideation, candid and open collaboration, and accountability.
  3. Thoughtful Execution: Lead the team in delivering on our marketing and sales enablement work. Collaborate with team leaders, Anywhere’s internal marketing agency, external vendors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure we’re doing great work.
  4. Creative Excellence: Elevate our creative, branding, and storytelling to meet the expectations of today’s real estate agent and consumer audience.
  5. Collaborative Prioritization: Work with leaders across the title, insurance, and real estate teams to ensure we are collaboratively prioritizing our marketing roadmap.
  6. Metrics & Feedback Loops: Develop rapid (candid!) qualitative feedback loops with our leadership and sales teams. Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of our strategic marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of applicable marketing, management, & strategy experience.
  • Experience developing impactful, successful sales enablement and marketing strategies; especially across geographically distributed or field sales teams.
  • Must be able to work in a matrixed organization and work cooperatively and effectively with several key stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excels at dissecting competitive dynamics and financial data to inform competitive, resonant positioning and experience bringing successful products to market.
  • Must be a pro at collaboration – whether it’s for pitching new products to internal teams or writing value props and copy for program engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation skills; mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
  • No industry experience required. Experience in financial services, franchising, or small-business focused B2B sales is a plus.
