Genworth is seeking a Project and Supplier Management Office Lead to oversee strategic initiatives and contracts within the US Life Insurance division. This leadership position involves establishing project management standards, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring effective execution of high-impact programs while managing resources effectively. YOUR ROLE
Genworth is seeking a results-oriented, execution driven individual to lead the Project and Supplier Management Office for our US Life Insurance business. You will be responsible for the oversight and management of a portfolio of strategic initiatives and contracts, as well as the associated investment funding, which combined enable our enterprise and business strategies. You will play a leadership role in establishing enterprise prioritization, building robust delivery practices and governance models, and creating an environment in which the team develops and thrives at delivering results for the enterprise. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of how Genworth manages both projects and suppliers as we look to the future business needs.

ADDITIONAL
For the State of New York: The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $199,800 up to the maximum of $349,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 25% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
