You'll immerse yourself in our Austin operations (approximately one week monthly) to extract winning strategies and architect the playbook for nationwide implementation. Your mission: craft high-fidelity experiences, demonstrate their effectiveness, and champion the outcomes with unwavering clarity. What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting a replicable school framework based on our flagship campus success, adaptable to various markets while maintaining consistent excellence
• Creating revolutionary learning experiences that captivate specialized student demographics, particularly gamers and digital natives
• Field-testing innovative programs and developing comprehensive implementation guides for swift national deployment
• Transforming market interest into concrete enrollment through compelling narrative and passionate advocacy
• Harnessing AI technology to generate actionable insights, content, and systems enabling quality-preserving scalability

Program Director Key Responsibilities

Pioneer and expand our distinctive educational model that seamlessly integrates immersive experiences with our 2 Hour Learning methodology, delivering quantifiable success across diverse student populations throughout the country.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling ventures from concept to execution, preferably as a founder or growth strategist in entrepreneurial environments
• Profound understanding of and commitment to alternative education approaches (including eSports integration, game-based learning, and virtual-first educational models)
• Outstanding communication abilities with demonstrated media presence, public speaking prowess, and content creation expertise
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools for strategic insight, experience design, and operational efficiency
• US-based with capability to conduct regular visits to our Austin campus (approximately one week per month)
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
