We’re looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead high-impact programs focused on the development, transfer, and commercialization of radiopharmaceutical therapies that are transforming lives worldwide. What You’ll Do
Drive new product development in radiopharmaceuticals from concept to commercial launch
Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial operations
Oversee IND and NDA submissions and partner with external stakeholders and clinical sites
Align project milestones with business objectives while maintaining quality and compliance
Serve as the key liaison between technical experts, executives, and external partners
Manage risk, timelines, and deliverables across the program lifecycle
Present updates and outcomes to senior leadership and shareholders
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
8+ years in radiopharmaceutical development with project or program leadership
Proven experience in GMP environments and commercial product launch
Strong command of regulatory pathways (IND, NDA, etc.)
Exceptional project management skills—PMP preferred
Confident communicator with the ability to align diverse teams toward a common goal
Fluent in managing global programs in a matrixed organization
Mandarin is a plus (not required)
