Job summary

Mattel HQ, Inc. is seeking a Sr Director of Order Management, DTC & Logistics Technology in El Segundo, CA to own the technology backbone for order orchestration, fulfillment, and transportation.

The role leads a global team spanning onshore and offshore groups and partners with senior IT and business leaders. You will drive a cloud-native, AI-enabled architecture, deliver end-to-end order visibility, and ensure resilient, scalable systems across global channels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with order management, logistics, or DTC fulfillment platforms.
• Proven track record leading Sr. Director-level or equivalent organizations with full people leadership and budget ownership.
• Experience managing blended teams across US-based and offshore groups with external vendors.
• Deep expertise in OMS, distribution and logistics operations including WMS/TMS and order orchestration.
• Strong command of cloud technologies and modern architectures with AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Order Management technology across DTC, wholesale, and partner channels.
• Define multi-year technology roadmap for Order Management, Logistics, and DTC Supply Chain aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure availability and performance of mission-critical systems powering order-to-delivery.
