Job summary

Mattel seeks a senior technology leader to own and elevate Order Management, Logistics, and DTC systems. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and execution across order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery, partnering with executive stakeholders worldwide.

You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary organization including onshore and offshore teams, align technology with enterprise goals, and champion modern architectures and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver real-time

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership with OMS/logistics ownership.
• Experience leading Sr. Director-level teams with budgets and vendors.
• Experience managing domestic and offshore delivery teams and partners.
• Deep expertise in OMS, WMS, TMS and order orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Order Management, Logistics, and DTC systems.
• Translate business priorities into a scalable technology roadmap.
• Lead global teams across onshore/offshore and external vendors.
• Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems.
