The Sr. Director of Operations Planning at American Health Network (AHN), part of Optum, serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership across business units. This role will lead operational modeling, process management, and business unit consulting efforts to drive operational and financial improvements across the organization. The Sr. Director will work closely with AHN leadership, including finance, medical, and clinical dyad leadership teams, as well as Optum cross-functional teams. The Sr. Director will ensure that business analytics effectively bridge the gap between business operations and the organization's strategic goals while driving performance to achieve the Quadruple Aim.

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
