Position Details

• Salary: $130,000
• Pay Grade: 17
• Other Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary

As the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee regional objectives, ensure compliance with corporate and financial goals, and manage overall operations, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and direct operations to meet KPIs
2. Develop team strategies and priorities
3. Implement policies to maximize income
4. Support client service programs and ensure regulatory compliance
5. Participate in sales for new business acquisition
6. Monitor financial reports for budget adherence
7. Motivate and develop management staff
8. Maintain client satisfaction and account retention
9. Address client, patient, and employee concerns
10. Conduct performance evaluations
11. Complete required reports timely
12. Participate in patient visits and ensure policies are followed
13. Train and motivate management personnel

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience
2. Experience managing teams of six or more managers
3. At least two years in multi-unit foodservice management with a volume of $3 million or more
4. Strong customer satisfaction record
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment
6. Excellent communication skills
