  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop a comprehensive Marketing strategy for the Americas National Channel Partners.
  • Lead the organization to work hand in hand with Partner Sales Engineering to develop services offerings these partners can build on/around the SentinelOne Singularity Platform, delivering customer outcomes while building profitable partnerships.
  • Recruit, develop, coach and mentor National Partner Business Managers, fostering a successful and positive team environment.
  • Provide leadership to corporate, business and/or regional management regarding the execution of business strategies with the National Partners.
  • Build a metrics-driven organization through evolved reporting, dashboards, and tracking channels to provide actionable insight on performance and growth opportunities.
  • Provide competitive intelligence for use in strategic analysis and positioning of company product offerings.
  • Create and scale strategic programs that drive measurable business outcomes and partner contribution.
  • Drive AI and automation enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and experience for internal teams and external channel stakeholders.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding established goals and objectives in a fast-growing, high tech company.
