- Partner with client data teams to define measurement frameworks and KPI trees tied to adoption, utilization, revenue impact, and efficiency gains.
- Bring an outside-in perspective by translating market trends, competitive moves, customer behaviors, and industry shifts into actionable recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to product leadership by providing insights, benchmarks, and evidence that inform roadmap decisions.
- Apply a product-led growth mindset to identify opportunities across activation, onboarding, lifecycle, and experimentation.
- Lead executive conversations with VP, SVP, and CMO stakeholders, framing issues clearly and recommending a path forward.
- Create executive-ready decks and narratives independently, using data to build a compelling story.

- Proven experience working directly with executive stakeholders and guiding decisions through strong communication and strategic judgment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs through influence, collaboration, and structured governance.
- Strong product-led growth experience, including activation, onboarding, product-qualified leads, lifecycle, and experimentation.
- Background in marketing or close partnership with marketing teams, with a solid understanding of audiences, segmentation, customer journeys, first-party data, channel mix, and attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing journeys with in-product experiences to support a unified funnel strategy.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps using market, customer, and competitive insights.
- Hands-on executive storytelling skills, including the ability to build polished presentations and clear narratives independently.
- Comfort working with marketing technology, customer data, analytics, and BI platforms at a conceptual level.
Preferred Skills
