About this Position

We're looking for the Head of Product Design to reimagine the future of Global Growth Technology by ensuring that our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution. In this role, you'll be part of the Product leadership team, working together with your counterparts in engineering, product, Ops, marketing, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to build great products addressing real user needs. You’ll be expected to utilize your full range of people management skills, product strategy, product design, interaction design, and visual design skills. We, at G-P, are at the forefront of leveraging AI technologies and an AI-native approach to our products (see G-P Gia and G-P Assist), and in this role, you will be spearheading how AI and AI Agents can be part of our overall experience.

Reporting into the Global Head of Product, this leader will be responsible for driving new initiatives for shaping the product experience for our customers and people and bring excellence across the design organization.

What you'll do:

• Define the design goals and direction for our product portfolio, design language, and work with teams to execute and bring it to life.
• Guide the design strategy and drive innovation through design, bringing creative thinking and problem-solving to the highest level.
• Spearhead AI-centric and AI-agent-centric experiences for our customers and users.
• Shape the product experience to ensure the highest level of craft and execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and content design teams to define strategies that address real user needs.
• Inspire, lead, and mentor a team of designers, driving focus and execution from concept to completion.
• Promote design thinking as a core approach to driving business and customer value.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, content designers, UX researchers, data scientists, and product Ops to deliver high-quality experiences across markets and platforms.
• Support the team across various projects, operating at high or detailed levels as needed.
• Oversee multiple projects, scale resources, meet deadlines, and set clear, measurable goals for the team.

What we're looking for:

• 10 years of leadership experience with direct reports, including hiring and developing senior managers and individual contributors.
• 10 years of collaborative experience with product, engineering, design, content, and research teams.
• Experience working with AI-driven technologies.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences, including executive leadership and C-suite.
• Ability to leverage data analytics, user testing, and research to inform design decisions and focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Senior people management, team development, recruiting, and organizational building experience.
• Experience embedding AI in product experiences and leveraging AI to improve team efficiency.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $205,600.00 - $257,000.00 plus variable compensation.
