Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking a Sr. Director of FP&A Systems to drive the technology strategy for global finance teams. You will own the FP&A technology roadmap, partner with data science and engineering, and modernize core platforms to deliver real-time, data-driven insights.

You will lead a high-performing global team, manage vendor strategies and budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to quantify ROI and impact. Onsite roles in Irvine or Santa Clara with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in IT or enterprise applications with FP&A systems exposure.
• Experience supporting global Finance organizations in high-tech industries.
• Track record delivering large, complex enterprise programs end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A systems strategy aligned to corporate priorities.
• Define multi-year roadmaps for AOP, LRP, and finance transformation.
• Lead GenAI-first FP&A modernization with governance and explainability.
• Modernize stack: OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, ERP integrations.
• Partner with IT and Finance to deliver measurable business value.
