Job summary

TrustedTech in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A with a builder’s mentality to own forecasting, reporting, and insights that influence strategic decisions across the business.

You will lead the monthly close, drive driver-based analytics, and partner with Sales, Operations, and FinOps to scale our reporting in a fast-moving MS Fabric environment. This hands-on leadership role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel modeling, and a bias for AI-enabled efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate FP&A experience.
• Owns full forecast and budget cycle end-to-end.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling, auditable from blank sheet.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and close/accrual experience.
• Ability to distill complex analysis for executives, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated operating model (revenue, gross margin, headcount, OpEx) as the single source of truth for monthly forecast, quarterly reforecast, and annual budget.
• Lead monthly close-to-report cycle with variance analysis, driver-based commentary, and leadership reporting package.
• Build and maintain revenue and margin analytics specific to Microsoft channel.
• Model and track vendor economics and impact on gross margin and pricing strategy.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline-to-revenue, quota planning, and customer profitability.
• Own working capital and cash forecasting for CSP billing and collections.
