For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This senior finance leader will serve as a strategic partner to Operations and Manufacturing, connecting operational execution to financial performance. The role will shape the financial operating cadence, strengthen visibility into key metrics, and help guide decision-making across a complex manufacturing environment. You will also lead finance transformation efforts, support capital planning, and build a high-performing team that can partner effectively across the business.

Location: Florence, KY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing, linking execution to financial outcomes

• Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including product costing and COGS management
• Strong understanding of P&L management and capital investment decisions
• Experience with complex product portfolios and advanced financial modeling
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and create clarity through metrics
