Job summary

Legacy Search Advisors in Nashville is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to partner with operations leadership across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution. This is a non-traditional finance role with high visibility.

You will influence profitability, optimize working capital and drive KPI development, reporting to executives and collaborating with multi-site finance teams. Relocation bonus available; hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems.
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred; multi-site manufacturing a plus; Spanish language skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to drive performance across manufacturing, logistics, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Influence profitability, optimize working capital, and develop KPIs and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams across multiple facilities.

What We're Looking For

• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• Multi-site manufacturing experience is a major plus
• Spanish language skills are highly valued
