Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Sr. Director of Global Product Management to lead the Digital PCR Platforms team. You will develop strategy and roadmaps for the portfolio, representing customer and business interests throughout product development and lifecycle, reporting to the VP of Genomics Product Management.

Location is Pleasanton, and travel up to 30% is expected. You will guide a global team, drive market research, and align cross-functional partners to deliver on-market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life science industry with nucleic acid platforms focus.
• 5+ years direct management of product managers or marketing roles.
• Ability to define and commercialize products in a multinational org.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global strategy for Digital PCR Platforms with input from regional teams and key customers.
• Lead voice of customer research to inform product requirements and roadmap.
• Identify value drivers and risks; coordinate across functions to mitigate issues.
• Create compelling product stories for commercial teams and customers.
• Manage annual budget and lead a team of global product managers.
