Job summary

The ideal candidate has a master's or PhD-level mindset with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with PCR/qPCR/dPCR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related life science field.
• At least 5 years of relevant lab experience, preferably with PCR assays.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and nucleic acid technology relating to PCR, qPCR, and/or digital PCR.
• Ability to present results clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with JMP and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to advanced lab experiments for development and optimization of ddPCR assays.
• Independently analyze data and present results to team and stakeholders.
• Write verification tests and reports to support new product development.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges; improve protocols and processes.
• Collaborate with a team of researchers to achieve shared goals.
