We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr. Digital & Social Media Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team in the Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) operating unit. This role will be responsible for creating multimedia content for digital channels, managing and analyzing digital performance, and engaging stakeholders through innovative content. The ideal candidate is passionate about multimedia storytelling, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
   • Manage social media editorial calendar
   • Support marketing plans with content aligned to product and brand initiatives
   • Initiate and execute paid social campaigns, evaluate metrics
   • Manage interactions to foster online communities
2. Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
   • Research, write, produce multimedia content for social channels
   • Use Adobe Creative Suite to craft platform-specific content
   • Support on-site event content creation and recaps
   • Obtain content approval through review processes
3. Web & Digital Platform Management:
   • Develop and manage web content on Medtronic.com
   • Optimize content on Medtronic's education platform for healthcare professionals
4. Measurement & Performance Marketing:
   • Evaluate promotion efficacy and digital engagement
   • Analyze customer digital behaviors and optimize content

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
• Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Strategic content differentiation across platforms
• Project management skills in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, product launches, data analytics, and paid social media
