We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr. Digital & Social Media Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team within the Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) division. This role is key in creating multimedia content for digital channels, managing and analyzing channel performance, and engaging stakeholders through innovative content. The ideal candidate is passionate about multimedia storytelling, detail-oriented, and capable of producing impactful content in a regulated industry.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management
2. Developing and executing social media content calendars and campaigns
3. Engaging with online communities and managing interactions

Additional duties involve content creation, web management, performance analysis, and supporting events as a content creator.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Project management experience in a regulated environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $83,200 to $124,800 USD, with eligibility for incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
