What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Create clear technical design artifacts considering system dependencies and maintainability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide the execution of the strategic roadmap
- Develop and implement performance metrics for high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Lead initiatives for process improvement across the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment, with a proven track record in scalable, high-volume data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading HL7 interface engines such as Iguana and Intersystem
- Hands-on experience working with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
