FNBO is seeking a Sr. Developer, Technology to join the Delivery team and ensure mainframe solutions deliver value and quality. You will partner with developers and testers in an Agile environment to estimate and implement user stories, supporting COBOL, z/OS, CICS and JCL.

The Sr. Developer, Technology is responsible for collaborating with the Delivery team to ensure the solutions developed will deliver value and improve the quality of the software. This includes partnering with other Developers and Tester on the Delivery team to define tasks and provide final estimates for User Stories. As part of a technology delivery team practicing Agile and the Kanban methodology, you will work closely with peer developers, tester, and scrum master to provide development and technical support for the mainframe applications owned by the team. Following Agile practices, you will be an active participant in progressive elaboration, refinement and estimation sessions, as well as daily standups. You will collaborate with teammates, business partners and fellow IT colleagues to ensure the solutions delivered meet the expected value and align with customer expectations. Works from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment, test and administration of mainframe applications. May also participate in upgrading or enhancing existing applications. Must have a solid background in application development, troubleshooting and support. Experienced in mainframe technologies including, but not limited to, COBOL, z/OS, CICS, and JCL.
Job Duties:

Compensation range (base pay): $89,828.00-$148,215.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in‑person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship‑building of face‑to‑face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays.
