Job Description :

• Drive strategic data science initiatives to address key business challenges and opportunities.
• Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria on data science projects, overseeing the end-to-end process from problem definition to model implementation.
• Interact with product teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
• Design, develop, and implement algorithms and processes to analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
• Set technical standards and best practices across the data science team.
• Apply broad analytics experience and innovative knowledge to contribute to company objectives creatively and effectively.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to foster innovation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate among groups to create formal networks.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Understanding of data science model design and development; advanced machine learning expertise preferred.
• Ability to independently execute and deliver impactful data science projects.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis, modeling skills, and statistical knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across functions.
• Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and deployment in cloud environments (preferred).
• Experience with advanced data engineering tools and frameworks (preferred).
• Experience in strategic planning and influencing business strategy through data science (preferred).
