This position can be remote for the right candidate, preferably in the eastern or central US time zones. Office presence in Baltimore is also an option.

Job Responsibilities
  • Thermal Load System Architecture: Design and select components for air and liquid-cooled systems.
  • System Illustration: Provide detailed drawings for customer understanding.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the link between customers and product teams, understanding needs and delivering solutions.
  • Innovation and IP Protection: Develop patentable solutions and collaborate with IP department.
Background & Skills

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in system architecture, hydronics, and thermal management, with a focus on data centers. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields is required; a master’s preferred. Minimum five years of experience in relevant fields, with expertise in air and liquid cooling systems, is necessary.
